Place exactly one crown in every row, every column and every color region.
Crowns can't touch each other, not even diagonally.
Tap a cell to mark it with ×, and tap the × to clear it. Double-tap a cell to place a crown. Drag across cells to mark several × at once. Once a crown is in, everything it rules out is crossed off for you.
Each puzzle starts from one crown: already in place, or, when a color has only one cell, yours to put there first. Use it to work out the rest.
A crown in the wrong cell counts as a mistake and turns into a red ×, and you'll see why it couldn't go there. Try for a flawless solve!
Every puzzle has exactly one solution, and you never need to guess.
Tips
Look for small regions first. A region with two or three cells narrows things down fast.
A region inside one row claims that row. If all of a region's open cells sit in one row, no other cell in that row can hold a crown.
Check what a crown would block. If a crown in some cell would cover every open cell of another region, that cell must be empty.
